P&G Chemicals reduces waste through a combination of reblends, distillation, and product changeovers.

• Qualifying maximum lauric oil flexibility across all of our P&G Chemicals manufacturing sites allows us to determine the most cost-efficient AND sustainable mix of materials throughout our global P&G network.
• The reapplication of core P&G Chemicals distillation processes and knowledge have increased efficiencies and reduced waste, allowing us to use and leverage “reblended” product and effluent through other parts of the larger P&G manufacturing network where practical and appropriate.
